Katie Blumenberg

Katie found her place in the storage and property management industry at the peak of the pandemic when many hospitality workers suddenly became unemployed and she has never looked back.  At the same time, the storage industry was also facing a lot of immense changes and needing to readjust.  While the need for storage was increasing, the customer journey and experience had to change in order to meet the challenges of the times. Her customer service oriented mindset allowed her to implement new strategies and procedures and leverage software to maintain customer happiness at a time when we weren’t able to meet face to face.   Katie oversaw the development of a call center that allows our team to work from anywhere, continuously monitors all of the industry trends and always keeps us and our clients up to date. She truly enjoys learning about other businesses, their customers and looking for ways to improve the business and customer journey.

If we didn’t already tell you, you would never guess that Katie has been in the industry for a little less than four years.  She is always itching to go to trade shows, watch webinars and reading up on the storage industry. Even on a night out with friends, she loves to bring up storage, management and ways to be a better leader.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio Katie has a good Midwest accent and work ethic.  She takes pride in physical fitness as a means to stay motivated in all areas of life, enjoys cooking and spending time with close family and friends.
